Green rooftop completely renewed

The existing Sedum roof garden of housing association Triada in Hattem (NL) was suffering with extreme draining problems. As a result, the sedum stopped growing or even died. On the bare spots the grass took over. All-in all not a nice view for the residents.

The roof garden of this durable parking lot was also the courtyard for the surrounding apartments, so the problem had to be fixed as soon as possible. This rewarding task was for Axent green to pick up. First of all they removed the substrate of the existing roof garden. After that they covered the roof with the ready to use Sedum cassettes by Covergreen®.
